Automatic Renewal Service Terms

These Terms shall be deemed as a supplementary agreement to the GlocalMe User Agreement (link:https://mph5.ucloudlink.com/appweb/glocalme/app/agreement/user_treaty_en.html.In case of changes of the link, the content corresponding to the changed link shall prevail; in other circumstances where the link changes, the aforementioned agreement shall apply), are an integral part thereof and constitute an entire agreement therewith. In case of any inconsistency between this rule and the GlocalMe User Agreement, this rule shall prevail.

If you click to subscribe, enable and use the GlocalMe automatic renewal service, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to these Terms.

You understand and agree that:

• 1. This Service is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise that you have enabled the GlocalMe data traffic service. If you enable the Service, the service fee for the next billing cycle (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and yearly billing cycles) will be charged from the balance of your own top-up account or a third-party payment account (collectively the “Account”) upon expiration of your GlocalMe traffic service. The deduction will be made from your own top-up account provided that the balance of the account is sufficient, or from the third-party payment account provided that you have enabled and bound the account and that the deduction from the account is available. Any risks and/or losses arising from the renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance of the aforementioned account shall be borne by you.

• 2. Subscription period: 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc., which may be selected by the user at its own discretion.

• 3. Following the purchase of the automatic renewal service, the service fee will be charged automatically from the Account and the validity period of the traffic service will be extended within 8 hours from the expiration of the billing cycle. If the deduction fails, these Terms will be terminated automatically.

• 4. The user having enabled the automatic renewal service may unsubscribe the service in the following method:
